Amerio Grupė is a manufacturer of fireproof ceramic tools for jewellers, dental labs and small foundry and production workshops. We have been producing our own ceramics since 2000 — more than 25 years alongside the people who melt, cast and solder with our products every day.

SPECIAL CERAMIC — pure oxide, no fillers
Our products are made from pure oxide ceramic with no filler material. That is why they withstand temperatures up to 2000 °C, resist thermal shock and stay neutral to precious metals and aggressive environments — no impurities ever reach your melt.

Ceramic fireproof crucibles thin walled
Thin-walled ceramic crucibles for hand fusing precious metals — gold, silver, platinum and their alloys. Made from SPECIAL CERAMIC, our pure-oxide formulation with no fillers or binders, they resist thermal shock up to 2000°C without cracking and stay chemically neutral to molten metal, so pours come out clean with no crucible-side contamination. The thin wall heats and cools fast — exactly what a jeweller's bench needs for repeated small-batch melts. Ten sizes, Nº0 to Nº9, from 25g to 420g capacity, cover everything from a single ring repair to a small batch cast.

Graphite-containing crucibles thick walled
Thick-walled graphite-containing crucibles built for casting and fusion where the thin-walled ceramic line would be too fragile. The graphite content adds mechanical strength and impact resistance, so the crucible holds up to more aggressive handling, pouring and centrifugal use, while SPECIAL CERAMIC still gives it full resistance to thermal shock up to 2000°C. Four sizes, Nº1a to Nº4a, from 80g to 700g capacity, sized for casting workshops running heavier and more frequent pours than a bench-top hand-fusion setup.

Ceramic soldering boards for jewellery soldering and bench work, providing a stable, heat-resistant surface that won't crack or degrade under a torch. Six sizes — five round, from Ø80mm to Ø170mm, plus one rectangular 200×100mm board — to fit benches and jobs of different scale.
