2. Products and Pre-orders
All products are fireproof ceramic items manufactured by Amerio grupė, UAB in Lithuania. Some items may be listed as pre-order, meaning they are produced to order. Pre-order lead times are communicated at the time of purchase or via email. Product images are for illustration purposes — minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of ceramic manufacturing.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Accepted methods: bank transfer (IBAN LT637044060007969939, SEB), Paysera, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment must be completed within 3 business days, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally. Delivery times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated times are indicative only. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at sales@ameriogroup.lt within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Custom-made or pre-order items are non-returnable unless defective. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days, unopened and in original condition, at the buyer's shipping cost.
6. Prices
All prices are in Euros (€), exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of confirmed payment applies to that order.
7. Account and Data
You may create an account to track orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We store your data in accordance with applicable Lithuanian and EU data protection laws (GDPR). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Amerio grupė, UAB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by the buyer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
